Produktif is a Montreal-based boutique architectural design and development firm launched in 2008. Produktif supports the Architecture 2030 challenge to reduce greenhouse gases by 90% in construction. Our next project is a mixed-use commercial project that aims to be carbon-neutral and net-zero in water and energy, seeking “Living Building” designation.
Produktif seeks a full-time senior Integrated BIM Coordinator with both technical design and project management experience from commercial design-build projects. The professional will be responsible for Produktif’s BIM:
- Communicate BIM protocols across the design-build team
- Integrate plans from project consultants
- Maintain model integrity
- Develop blueprints for prefab and assembly
- Share production drawings across the design-build team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant project experience (minimum 2 years required)
- Familiarity with Revit, ArchiCAD or equivalent BIM platform (required)
- Communication skills (fluency in both French and English required)
- Familiarity with prefabrication and assembly (desired)
- Familiarity with Energy optimization and day-lighting (encouraged)
