PRODUKTIF is a boutique architectural design and development firm that works to meet the Architecture 2030 challenge aiming for a 90% reduction in greenhouse gases in the construction industry.

PRODUKTIF was launched in 2008 with the construction of demonstration project "Maison productive House" (MpH) (www.productivehouse.com), a carbon neutral project that is certified LEED®Platinum by the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC).

Our projects mainly deal with urban revitalization and the development of neighbourhoods at the scale of a "village" that is net-zero and favouring autonomy in food and energy production.

Our vision for tomorrow, is that our cities develop new solutions for water management and transport while becoming self-sufficient in food and energy.
